All products sold by Paithyam Prints are printed on demand and manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

Product images displayed on our website are representative mockups. Actual products may vary slightly due to:

  • Fabric characteristics
  • Lighting conditions
  • Device display settings
  • Manufacturing tolerances

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All order information provided is accurate.
  • Shipping and contact details are correct.
  • You have reviewed the product description, size chart, and pricing before purchase.

Paithyam Prints reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.

Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

All products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Once an order enters production:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Product variants cannot be changed.
  • Shipping details cannot be modified.
  • Designs cannot be altered.

Production timelines may vary depending on product type, order volume, and operational requirements.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices, promotions, discounts, and offers may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before order processing begins, except for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

We accept payment methods made available through our checkout process.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible serviceable pincodes.

Additional COD handling or shipping charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Certain locations may not support COD services. In such cases, prepaid payment methods will be required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address to receive COD orders.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational disruptions
  • Serviceability of destination pincodes

Paithyam Prints shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If incorrect shipping information is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

9. Replacement, Returns & Refunds

All replacement requests are governed by our Replacement Policy.

As our products are printed on demand and manufactured specifically for each order:

  • Returns are generally not accepted.
  • Exchanges are generally not accepted.
  • Refunds are generally not offered.

Eligible replacement requests may be considered for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing defects
  • Products damaged during transit
  • Incorrect products delivered

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Replacement Policy before placing an order.

10. Return To Origin (RTO)

Orders may be returned by courier partners due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • COD amount not available at delivery

In such cases, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-dispatch.

No refunds will be provided for customer-caused Return To Origin (RTO) orders.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Brand assets
  • Product designs
  • Artwork
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Website content

is the property of Paithyam Prints and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

12. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful activities.
  • Upload or transmit malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
  • Misrepresent personal information.
  • Engage in activities that may harm Paithyam Prints or its customers.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
